The purpose of this statewide convention shall be to elect one Chair of the Michigan Democratic Party and two Vice Chairs each of another race and gender.
Each congressional district caucus shall also elect a Chair, Vice Chair (of another gender from the Chair), Secretary, Treasurer, and 15 Members of the District Committee.
